Florida Teacher Certification Examinations (FTCE)

Examinees will be mailed two official score reports for paper-based administrations approximately 30 days after the testing date for a regular administration and 15 days after the testing date for a supplemental administration . Examinees that take a computer-based test will receive a printout of their unofficial pass/fail status at the end of the test, and official score reports will be mailed within two weeks of the administration dates.
- You will receive two identical, official score reports.
- Your passing scores will be submitted electronically to the Bureau of Educator Certification; however, for any tests taken before July 1, 2002, you will need to provide an official score report to the Bureau if you have not already provided one.
- A copy of your score report will be sent directly to the school district, college, or university you indicated when you registered.
- If you do NOT receive your score report, or the score report you receive contains incomplete or erroneous information, contact the FTCE/FELE Program office at (413) 256-2893 within 21 calendar days after the mailing date of the score report. A replacement or a new, corrected score report will be mailed to you at no charge. If you fail to notify the FTCE/FELE program office within the 21-day period, you will be required to pay $10 for a new score report.
Additional copies of score reports are available from the FTCE/FELE Program office for a fee of $10.00 per report. These requests should include
- your name,
- mailing address,
- phone number,
- Social Security number,
- the name of the test you took,
- the test date, and
- the location.
Your request and check, money order, or cashier's check should be made payable to National Evaluation Systems. Please mail your requested information and payment to the address listed below. In addition, any inquiries you may have regarding previous requests for your score report, and any issues relating to payment can be made by calling (413) 256-2893 and select option 9 to speak to a customer service representative.

Note: Duplicate score reports will be mailed only to the examinee.
Examinees may access their FTCE Pass/Fail results online at the FTCE/FELE Program Web site. This service is available 24 days per day/7 days per week. Pass/fail status becomes available approximately four weeks after a regular administration and approximately two weeks after a supplemental administration. The online pass/fail status is not an official score report; you will receive an official score report in the mail.
