Directs, coordinates, and develops the Department of Education’s (DOE) Legislative Budget Request (LBR) and associated amendments to educational programs and policies.
Directs, coordinates, develops, manages, and maintains the Department of Education’s operating budget and non-operating budget.
Reviews and analyzes organizational structure and staffing patterns, including the processing of personnel paperwork and the maintenance of the appropriated salary rate.
Provides analyses and reports to management, the Governor’s office and legislative staff on all budgetary/financial information.
