PERFORMANCE PAY INFORMATIONAL MATERIALS

Attached are performance pay informational materials that were referenced during yesterday’s State Board of Education meeting. A brief description of the materials is as follows:

• Florida Performance Pay Guidance 2006-2007: This document provides guidance regarding the implementation of state-funded performance for the 2006-2007 school year.
• Florida Performance Pay Guidance 2007-2008 and Beyond: This document provides guidance regarding the implementation of state-funded performance for the 2007-2008 school year and beyond.
• MAP and STAR Side-by-Side: This document provides a side-by-side comparison of the STAR Proviso and Merit Award Program.
• Preliminary 2006-2007 FEFP Calculation: This document provides preliminary Florida Education Finance Program (FEFP) 2006-2007 performance pay allocations by district.
