State Board of Education to Meet in Orlando

The State Board of Education meeting will be held tomorrow in Orlando.

The State Board will address the following topics:

• Update of Repeating F Schools
• Release of Preliminary 2005-06 VPK Provider Kindergarten Readiness Rates
• “Solutions for Florida’s Future” Math and Science Presentation
• Approval of School Leadership Development Programs
• Approval of Florida School Principal Certification
• Amendment to Specialization Requirements for Certification in Foreign Language (Grades K-12) Academic Class

The meeting will be held:
