Department of Education to Hold FCAT External Advisory Group Meeting in Orlando

The Department of Education (DOE) will hold the fifth Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT) External Advisory Group meeting tomorrow in Orlando. The meeting agenda includes discussion of the reports received from the Buros Institute regarding the 2006 third-grade reading FCAT scores and an update on the status of the lowest-performing students provision as it relates to school grades.

The meeting will take place:
